All of the text on the label is customizable. In the comments section when you place your order, please specify the following:

* Product Name (In the reference image this is “Elderberry Syrup”)
* Batch Number (if desired)
* Instructions for use (this can be substituted with other text)
* Ingredients (this can be substituted with other text)
*Printed Labels*
For printed labels, we will send you a proof of your customized labels for approval within 2 business days, and send your labels within 1 business day after you approve your proof. Please note that we send proofs via e-mail, so please check your messages after placing your order! Labels are printed on high quality weatherproof matte label stock in either 2″x 3″ (10 labels to a page) or 2.75″x4.25″ (8 labels to a page). Our label stock is rated to -20F and is perfect for labeling bottles that will be stored in the fridge (apply labels to room temperature bottles for best results).

These are very attractive labels and there was good communication with the sellers.
I rate the transaction as 4 and not 5 because the wording in the bottom half of the label is smaller than I expected it to be (legible with magnifying glass so it is all there) . I was sent a proof of the transaction (actually two) but since the wording the proof was quite legible/clear, I neglected to realize the wording in the final size would be smaller than what I was seeing in the proofs.
Bottom line: If you are choosing the 1.5 x 2 size, just be aware that this small size will necessarily limit the legibility of words depending on how many you choose.
